Bhagavad Rāmānuja, revered by millions as an incarnation of Ādiśeṣa, descended upon this earth to re-establish and illuminate the timeless truths of Vedānta. Just as Ādiśeṣa eternally serves Lord Śrīman Nārāyaṇa in His divine abode, Bhagavad Rāmānuja dedicated every moment of his earthly life to the service of the Lord and to the upliftment of all beings through the path of devotion, knowledge, and surrender.
Standing firmly in the illustrious lineage of the great Ācāryas beginning with Bhagavān Vedavyāsa and extending through Bodhāyana, Tanka, Dramida, Parāṅkuśa Nātha (Śrī Nammāḻvār), Nāthamuni, and Āḷavandār (Yāmunācārya), Bhagavad Rāmānuja systematized and propagated the Viśiṣṭādvaita Vedānta Siddhānta for the benefit of the world. Through his profound scholarship, unwavering devotion, and boundless compassion, he made the highest spiritual wisdom accessible not merely to learned scholars but to all sincere seekers.
Among his many contributions are the celebrated Navaratnas (Nine Gems), a collection of nine monumental works that continue to guide aspirants on the path of spiritual realization. Foremost among these shines the Śrī Bhāṣya, the magnum opus of Bhagavad Rāmānuja and the crown jewel of Viśiṣṭādvaita literature. It stands as a masterful commentary on the Brahma Sūtras of Bhagavān Vedavyāsa, establishing through impeccable logic, scriptural authority, and spiritual insight the harmonious doctrine of qualified non-dualism.
